When I first read this article, I was immediately taken aback and thought to myself what a horrible tyrant was Hugo Chavez, and that the author was absolutely right that our President shouldn't grace him with his presence.The main article, written by Gustavo Colonel, a petroleum geologist and expert of public policy (so it says). A British couple whose villa in Spain was bulldozed by government authorities due to alleged flouting of planning laws finally won a major victory when Spain's Constitutional Court declared the demolition as illegal.The couple has been living in the garage of their former villa without mains electricity and water for 15 months prior to the result of the case.
