One factor that a lot of expats now consider when deciding where to transfer is the tax rate in those nations.
Let's face it. We don't want to be taxed so much, especially if we are not earning that much. In Europe, tax rates can climb to more than 50%, which can definitely be scary for the would-be expat.
So where to? Dubai gives us a good option, along with Hong Kong and Russia.
