Before deciding to go to a city, one of the first of the criteria that many people are usually interested in is the safeness of that particular city.
This criteria is considered by many as being equally important to even that of the cost of living and surely, this is rightfully so.
Though a city may thrive in all other departments of interest, namely, in highest income rates, best universities and even a lively nightlife, failing in that precise area of essential criteria is undoubtedly a really big, no, no.
