In just a little over a month, we will be celebrating (if you can call it that) Halloween once again. It's one of those times when kids usually get out dressed in a vampire costume, werewolf outfit, or any other scary-looking Halloween attire. It's one of those times when these same children get a lot of sweets after a long day of trick-or-treating. I think that if they only had a choice, they would rather have Halloween as a daily event.
But who ever said that Halloween is just for kids? Hong Kong's Ocean Park will make sure that this is a Halloween to be remembered by the entire family.
From the 25th of September up to the 1st of November, Ocean Park will be dressing up a section of its theme park for Halloween Bash 2009. Come and join the Park in re-living some of Hong Kong's most well-talked-about horror stories, with over 400 ghosts sneaking from behind the corners of the different themed haunted houses, such as Pang Brothers' Recycle, Purgatory Express, Police Station No. 13, Campus of the LIving Dead, The Forbidden Mall, High Street Madness, and so much more!
Aside from the haunted houses, Ocean Park's various restaurants will also be modifying their menus with Halloween-inspired dishes. Set dinners will be offered at Bayview Restaurant, Terrace Cafe, Cafe Ocean, Panda Cafe, and Middle Kingdom Restaurant. Halloween "bites" are also offered at kiosks located all over the park.
So if you still do not have plans for a short family vacation this Halloween, why not just drop by Asia's largest annual Halloween party. It is bound to be a spooky night to remember for you, your friends, and your family. Find out what "Haunt" Kong truly means!
