I'm no archaeologist, but I'm certainly interested in finding out more about our history waaaay back before we even knew it. And which else is the poster boy for ancient history but Egypt, whose ancient history and society sparked enough mystery in order to get a specifically named fan group called Egyptologists solely studying Egyptian society and how it helped to shape the contemporary world. If there's one thing aside from the sights that you have to consider before choosing a country to live in, it will be the kind of food served there. I know that, as expats, we should be adventurous with the culinary scene of the country where we will be in. Unfortunately, there are just some food types that cannot match our own taste. A study from Mercer - a consulting firm, ranked Chile's Capital as one of the inexpensive countries to live on. Out on 143 cities, Santiago de Chile got the 128th spot where the 1st is the most expensive city. The study attributed the cost of living in terms of cost of rents, food, transportation and entertainment. As I was getting interviewed for a job earlier this evening, my interviewer asked me if I do have any plans in the next 5 years of getting myself working abroad, maybe as an expat. Of course that I had no plans of being one someday, because that means the employer won't consider my application anymore. I told my interviewer that I plan to stay in the country for a long time. Who doesn't love flowers? I'm sure we all do admire these gifts of nature. As we enter spring, so do the flowers, which all start to bloom in what can be seen to be an orchestrated performance. Flowers of different sizes, colors, and kinds dot green fields these days, inviting visitors to go ahead and lie down.
